I just started taking Pilates classes at Classic Pilates. My doctor recommended Pilates to try it to improve my posture. Since I’m in my mid-fifties I was a little nervous about taking the classes. I really like the small class size because you get a lot of individual attention and the studio is absolutely beautiful. I’ve only been doing it for 8 weeks and I feel my posture is starting to change. I would definitely recommend taking classes here.
Pilates works! Kathryn and Pam are incredible instructors. I have had 3 children and feel confident in a bikini.

Kathryn has been my Pilates instructor for over two years. She is a truly gifted teacher. Even as I currently deal with a stress fracture in my foot, she continues to modify and redesign my workout so that I get the maximum effect without further injuring myself. The space is lovely and I always leave feeling relaxed and energized. I have tried Pilates in other places in the area in addition to other cities as well, but nothing compares to the workout and attention that I get from Kathryn.
